Level 2 food safety programme is aimed at staff that continue to work in the food processing, food service and food retailing sectors and need to enhance their day to day food safety skills.
This is a self paced on-line training module that allows you to understand more details on food safety standards in food processing or food service sectors and has a strong emphasis on pest control and food allergen awareness.
The course will be available to you for 14 days and you must complete an online multiple choice questionnaire at the end of the training.
On completion of the online exam a training certificate will be issued to your email and if appropriate to your manager's email also..
If you do not achieve the required 80% pass mark you will not be issued with a training certificate.
You can continue to resit the exam until you achieve the 80% grade and then you will be emailed a copy of your training certificate.
