Training based on FSAI requirements

- This training will allow you to work in food production or preparation business,
- Multiple choice questions are provided to test your training
- 80% is the pass mark and training a certificate will be emailed to you on successful completion of this training.
Food Safety Level 2, Allergen Awareness and Basic on Pest Control
As you continue to work in a food business environment this training will;
- Provide you the an additional 25 food safety skills required to perform your duties
- Based on the FSAI Food Safety Level 2 requirements
- Training will also provide you with the necessary information on pest control and allergens in your business.
- Multiple choice questions are provided to test your training
- 80% is the pass mark and training a certificate will be emailed to you on successful completion of this training.
Foundation Level HACCP
Foundation Level HACCP gives the trainee the entry level basic HACCP skills to work in the food processing, food service and food retailing sectors. Learn about the legal basis and requirements for HACCP, the twelve basic principle of HACCP and how this training can assist learners to function as part a HACCP team.
All staff are required to pass this foundation level HACCP level training programme to work as part of a HACCP team.
