How do we do it?

  1. We will carry out a gap analysis on your existing system against the relevant BRCGS standard.
  2. We will give you the necessary tools to drive a food safety culture and senior management commitment initiatives in your business.
  3. HACCP - We work with you to develop flow diagrams, carry out Hazard Analysis, identify and control Critical Control Points and associated records and documentation in a practical and concise format.The objective is to provide you with an easily managed compliant HACCP Food Safety Management System.
  4. All the necessary updates to structure of your food safety management systems, your site standards, product & process controls as well as necessary controls on personnel will also be provided. 
  5. We also have extensive experience in implementing effective but easily managed controls for high risk/high care operations and well as the management of traded goods and products
