Foundation Level HACCP

This training module will provide learners with the knowledge to understand the fundamental principles of HACCP and the legal and BRC Global Standard for Food Safety requirement for HACCP  implementations

This is a self paced on-line training module that you allow you to understand the basics of HACCP food safety management.. 

The course will be available to you for 14 days and you must complete an online multiple choice questionnaire at the end of the training.

On completion of the online exam a training certificate will be issued to your email and if appropriate to your manager's email also.

Foundation Level HACCP

Foundation Level HACCP gives the trainee the entry level basic HACCP skills to work in the food processing, food service and food retailing sectors. Learn about the legal basis and requirements for HACCP, the twelve basic principle of HACCP and how this training can assist learners to function as part a HACCP team.

All staff are required to pass this foundation level HACCP level training programme to work as part of a HACCP team.
